To remain an active Extension Master Gardener:
- Complete and record at least 20 hours of volunteer time and 8 hours of continuing education annually
- Complete the annual re-enrollment process on Better Impact by December 31st.
- Any EMG who does not meet the annual hour requirement or does not complete the re-enrollment process can be placed in “inactive” status. (No one’s status will be changed without having been contacted by the EMG Coordinator.)
- Complete Civil Rights Training every year.
- Complete Risk Management Training 3 years.
